Surgutneftegaz puts into operation one more deposit in Yakutia

Surgutneftegaz put into operation the Eastern block of the Talakan oil and gas condensate deposit in Yakutia. In June 2013 the company is going to put into operation Baibakov deposit in KMAD.
In April 2013 Surgutneftegaz Plc. put into operation the 5th deposit in Yakutia - Eastern block of Talakan oil and gas condensate deposit (discovered in 1984 by Lenaneftegazgeologiya after geological exploration) earlier than planned. Proven extractable reserves of the block (C1+C2) make up 19.55 million tons, gas reserves – 29.16 billion cubic metres, the company’s press service reports.
