Bashneft’s shareholders meeting to be held in Ufa, on June 30th

The annual general meeting of Bashneft’s shareholders will be held in Ufa on June 30, 2015. Recommendations on dividend will be approved by the company’s Board of Directors after the corresponding directive from the Government of the Russian Federation, Bashneft reports.
