Gazprom’s PRMS reserves grow to 155.6 billion barrels

In 2014, proved and probable reserves of the Gazprom group under international standards PRMS increased by 0.9% and amounted to 155.6 billion barrels of oil equivalent, the company reports.

The proved and probable reserves of gas increased by 1.1% to 23.5 trillion cubic meters, gas condensate - by 2%, to 848.61 million tons, oil - fell by 2.3%, to 1.374 billion tons.

The increase in the reserves under PRMS is associated with the assessment of the reserves at the the Khandinsky area of the Kovykta field  and the results of exploration at the Chayandinskoye, Semakovsky fields, as well as by Gazpromneft  in Eastern Siberia (Ignyalinsky, Tympuchikansky, Vakunaysky licensed areas).
