Gas supplies to Europe have fallen sharply.
Key indicators of "Gazprom", both financial and operational, are reducing since the beginning of the year, a report for the Q1 indicates. The net profit of the group fell by 11%, the exports to Europe fell by almost 20%, reaching its lowest level in six years. Unofficially, the market has repeatedly blamed "Gazprom" to limit gas supplies to Europe in order to prevent re-export to the Ukraine. However, the very monopoly argues that European consumers reduced purchases on their own accord, and expects to more than offset the loss by the end of the year.
