Commenting on the claims of Gazprom, "Naftogaz of Ukraine" states that the company did not pay for the unselected gas by the Ukrainian side, because the requirements of "take or pay" allegedly do not conform to the contract.
Not for the first time "Gazprom" bills "Naftogaz", referring to paragraph contract dated 2009, which, according to Gazprom, contains a "take-or-pay" clause.
