PDVSA: "Rosneft" wants to increase its stake in PetroMonagas up to 40%.

State Oil Company of Venezuela PDVSA has published a message on its website that "Rosneft" had offered to increase its stake in a joint venture PetroMonagas to 40%.
The message was posted on the background of the meeting of heads of the two companies - Igor Sechin and Eulogio del Pino.
