The 3rd stage of LNG-plant to be constructed in Sakhalin

Near Korsakovo, Sakhalin region, the 3rd stage of an LNG-plant will be constructed, was said at the meeting of the supervision committee of Sakhalin-2 project.
The construction of a new technological line at the existing LNG-plant will require particular precautionary measures. But it will make the project cheaper- the entire infrastructure for the first and second stages already exists. Gas from Sakhalin-3 is planned to be used for the operation of the 3rd stage.
