Gazprom and Shell to form a list of assets for exchange for a year

Head of Gazprom Alexei Miller has said that the exchange of assets is stipulated by the agreement on cooperation between the companies, which was built on the interaction of the entire value chain in the gas sector. The Russian company has no plans to buy anything from Shell, as well as it doesn’t plan to acquire assets of BG. The final list of assets that may be included in the transaction, according to Miller, will be formed for about a year, when a deal on exchanges of the assets will be signed. A good result of the cooperation will be its signing at SPIEF 2016, believes the head of Gazprom.
