“The Center of ESPO management” (an affiliate of Transneft) has submitted the documentation on the “ESPO-Komsomolsk oil refinery plant” project to Glavgosexpertiza.
The realization of the project started after the signing of the agreement of setting a long-term tariff between Transneft and Rosneft. According to the documentation, the length of the linear part of the offset to the Komsomolsk oil refinery plant will be 293 km, lines of external power supply – 62 km. It is planned to construct the head oil pumping station with the volume of reservoir park of 80 thousand cubic m and 2 intermediate oil pumping stations. “The Center of ESPO management” carries out construction works.
