Rosneft to receive over 10 bln roubles of Udmurtneft’s dividends for 2014

The shareholders of Udmurtneft OJSC (a JV of Rosneft and Sinopec) have decided to spend 4.234 bln roubles for dividends on the results of 2014 (1,188.63 roubles per one general share).
The company paid dividends on the results of H1 and 9 months 2014.
The dividends for H1 were paid at the volume of 3.011 thousand roubles (2.922 thousand roubles per share out of the profit as well as 49.8 roubles per share out of the undistributed period of past years). The total amount of payment made up 10.551 bln roubles and 266 mln roubles.
On the results of 9 months the company paid 1 thousand 430.86 roubles per general share. In total 5.097 bln roubles were paid.
