“Vysochaishy” to launch new GOK in October

“Vysochaishy” plans to launch the first stage of the GOK Ugakhan (Irkutsk region) in October 2016. Investments into construction are assessed at 6 billion roubles ($100 mln), company’s CEO S.Vasilyev said.
