Gazprom determined gas export price

Gazprom formed the budget-2016 based on the average gas price of $199/thousand cubic m.
The stress scenario presupposes the sale of the Russian gas at $151/thousand cubic m. In 2015 the average gas price made up $234.
Gazprom said it plans to settle $8.9 bln of debts until the end of 2016, in 2017 - $6.5 bln, in 2018 - $10.5 bln.
