The construction of the gas chemicals complex in Azerbaijan SOCAR assesses at $4 bln, the Vice-President of SOCAR, S. Gasymov, said. At the realization of the project it is about the construction of the OGPC complex. The first stage – construction of the gas processing plant and an oil chemicals plant; The second stage – construction of the oil refinery plant. The value of the first stage of construction of the OGPC was assessed at $7 bln.
