Ufaorgsintez to pay the whole its net profit as dividends

At the annual meeting, shareholders of Ufaorgsintez (a part of Bashneft) decided to pay dividends for 2015 at the rate of 77 rubles per share. The payment will make up the entire amount of the company’s net profit for the last year (6.22 billion rubles) and a part of retained earnings of previous years (2.47 billion rubles). The total amount of the dividends will make up 8.69 billion rubles.
