Rosneft will buy from SANORS an enterprise in Novokuybyshevsk

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has allowed the transaction on the sale of Novokuybyshevsk Oil Chemical Company CJSC. Earlier Rosneft made the corresponding application on the purchase of 100% in the enterprise belonging to SANORS Holding.
