“Samruk Kazyna” to transfer 10% of shares of KazMunaiGas to the National Bank

In conformity with the Government regulation of Kazakhstan as of July 23rd, the NWF “Samruk Kazyna” JSC needs to transfer 58.420748 mln shares of KazMunaiGas JSC in favor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the press service of the Bank reports.
The value of the 10% plus one share package of KazMunaiGas will be determined by an independent party, but it should be not lower than 750 bln tenge.
“Samruk Kazyna” is the holder of 100% of KazMunaiGas.
