Hydraulic testing of the linear part at Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline is over

JSC “Transneft-Siberia” and JSC “Giprotruboprovod” have finished hydraulic testing of the second and third stages of the main oil pipeline under construction “Zapolyarye-Purpe”. The test was done within the interval from km 0 to km 151 of the line.

The test on the linear part was carried out at several parts simultaneously, press-service of JSC “Transneft-Siberia” states. According to regulation, pressure was delivered, depending on the thickness of the pipe wall. Maximum load was on the over-water part of the underwater passage over the river Pur and Taz, where the wall thickness reaches 21 mm. There were separate test at underground areas of flood plains with wall thickness of 19 mm.
