India studies an opportunity of oil purchases from Kazakhstan

The parties have agreed on the assessment of economic feasibility of oil, pipeline gas and LNG sales from Kazakhstan to India, the Minister of Oil Industry of India, D. Pradkhan, said after the meeting with the Minister V. Shkolnik.
The attention was paid to the import of pipeline gas or LNG. India and Kazakhstan plan to found a joint working group which will consider all the aspects of this issue, the Ministry of Oil Industry of India reported.
