Russia to reduce oil supplies to Belarus due to oil pipeline repairs

In September, Russia declines oil supplies to Belarus by 400, 000 tons, by 200,000 tons to Mozyr oil refinery and Naftan due to oil pipeline repairs at the Druzhba, the Vice President of Transneft M. Barkov says. They are going to repair the pipe made by the Ukrainian Khartsyz pipe plant. The precise date of completion of repairs is not defined as yet; it will depend on the used technologies.
