The Independent Oil company of E.Khudainatov has purchased 60% in the JV with Alliance Oil
As Kommersant said, the Independnet Oil company of the former Rosneft executive E.Khudainatov has bought Alliance Oil from The “Alliance” Group of the Bazhaev family. The sources in Kommersant assess the value of the joint company at $7-8 billion. M.Bazhaev is about to focus on another major project – “Russian platinum”, while E.Khudainatov-to increase the oil business using the new assets. They say in the market that the Independent Oil Company is one of the potential purchasers of Bashneft, but the top-manager denies this information.
