The Russian Government will create a National engineering service company (NISK) for the production of oilfield service equipment on the basis of Uralvagonzavod (UVZ). The joint venture based on UVZ will initially include several big players: Rimera, Geotekh and OMZ; in the future, it’s planned to unite more than 200 independent companies.
