Gazprom has given an official response to the EU on the antimonopoly claim

Gazprom gave an official response to the European Committee to the antimonopoly claim. The dead line was September 28 and the Russian gas holding sent the document just in time.
It is stated in the document that “Gazprom” considers the methods, used by the European Committee in the determination of anticompetitive practices of the Russian company, incorrect. The document outlines the company’s opinion for each claim and provides calculations that disprove suspicions, voiced by the European Committee, from both economic and legal viewpoint.
