Gazprom’s investment program for 2013 is increased by 320.7 billion rubles

The redrafted budget for 2013 provides for the revenues from the company’s operational and investment activity in the amount of 5.07 trillion rubles and the payments on all types of activity – 5.53 trillion rubles. The amount of external financial borrowings was determined in the amount of 229.2 billion rubles (+139.2 billion rubles). The surplus of funds will be 0.5 billion rubles.

The redrafted program of costs optimization (decrease) for 2013 provides for events, aimed at the optimization (decrease) of expenses, total effect from which must be 19.55 billion rubles.

The adjustment of the investment program’s parameters was connected, mainly, with necessity to increase the amount of long-term financial investments into development of the Gazprom’s electric power business, priority strategic projects in the field of production and transportation of gas.

The specification of the budget’s parameters was caused by changes of volumes and prices of gas sale, as well as national measures.
