Government commission approves draft law on extension of LNG exporters composition

The Government commission on legislative drafting activities has approved a draft law on extension of LNG exporters composition. The document, prepared by the Ministry of Energy, will be considered at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, www.government.ru reports.
The draft law makes changes in the article №3 of the law “On gas export” and the articles №№13 and 24 of the law «On the principles of state regulation of foreign trade activity”, in accordance with which the right for LNG export spreads to a number of companies in addition to Gazprom and its subsidiaries.
