Total waits for Gazprom’s decision on new partner for Shtokman

The attraction of a new partner to the Shtokman field project will depend on Gazprom’s decision, the Total Exploration and Development Russia’s General Director, Jacques de Buasseson reported.
“This will depend on Gazprom,” – he said. Besides, the company’s Head confirmed that Total keeps plans on increase of its share in Novatek to 19.4% and participation in development of Arctic deposits of Russia. At the same time, Buasseson added that it’s too early to talk about any concrete projects in the Arctic.
