Lukoil rejects the information about Fedun’s plans to sell his share in the company

Official representative of Lukoil has denied the Forbes’ report on plans of its vice president and member of the company’s Board Leonid Fedun to sell his 9.77% stake in the oil company, the Interfax reported.

On Wednesday, the Forbes, referred to several unnamed sources, reported that Fedun wanted to sell his 9.77% stake in the company, and one of the potential buyers of the package was called Rosneft. The edition valued the vice president’s share at 167.4 billion rubles.
