"Transneft" will keep the volume of long-term investment program until 2020 at 2.167 trillion roubles, but will postpone the terms of implementation for certain projects. The corresponding decision was taken by the board of directors at a meeting on Wednesday, the Adviser to the President of "Transneft" Igor Demin told RIA Novosti.
"The Board of Directors decided to reallocate investments over the years without changing the overall volume of investments. Our main investments accounted for 2016-2017, now they will move to 2018-2020.
