Dvorkovich discusses issue of oil supplies with the First Vice Prime Minister of Belarus Semashko

The Russian Vice Prime Minister, Arkady Dvorkovich has discussed the implementation of the integration processes between Russia and Belarus in different spheres, as well as issues of oil and oil products supplies in 2013 and 2014 at the meeting with the First Vice Prime Minister of Belarus, Vladimir Semashko, the site of the Government reports.

Russia and Belarus still didn’t sign the oil balance for 2013, although it is obvious that by results of 2013 Belarus won’t receive the desired volume of oil.
