Facilities of the first stage of Caspian pipeline consortium extension project in Russia to be ready in mid-December

The Russian facilities of the first stage of the throughput capacity extension of the Caspian pipeline consortium’s (CPC) oil pipeline system will be fully ready by the middle of December, the press release of the CPC reports.

The report was published by results of the working meeting of the Kazakhstan’s Minister of Oil and Gas, Uzakbay Karabalin with leaderships of CPC, Transneft, KazMunaiGas and Chevron. At the end of January-at the beginning of February, the necessary documents, which will enable to launch the upgraded facilities, will be signed.
