Lietuvos dujos will claim in court against Gazprom

The Lithuanian gas company Lietuvos dujos will appeal to the Arbitration Court against overrated gas price for the fuel supplied by Gazprom. The representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the state think that gas price supplied there is much higher in comparison to price for gas supplied to Latvia, Germany and Estonia. They claim that if Gazprom agrees to reduce gas price on its own will then the suit will be withdrawn. Now Stockholm Arbitration Court already tries a suit of the Lithuanian government. The latter thinks that they have overpaid $2 billion to Gazprom.
