Oilmen use railroads not so often

Russian oil companies complain about the services, rendered by RZhD, as for quality and price. They try to use other ways of transportation. If RZhD does not take measures, they could lose the best clients.

Though oil processing and production in Russia increased last year, the volume of oil products supply via railroad transport went down by 3.1%, according to the data by RZhD.
