Shymket refinery starts to implement upgrade project

On Thursday, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products and Chinese company CPECC concluded a contract on the design of detail documentation, the purchase of equipment,materials and the construction and assembling operations within the transfer of the plant to the stage of the upgrade project implementation, the Novosti-Kazakhstan reports, referring to the press centre of KazMunaiGas-processing and marketing.
