Surgutneftegaz has bought the license for oil site in Yugra for over 2 billion rubles

Surgutneftegaz has won the tender granting the right for geological prospecting, exploration and production of oil at the South Konitlorsky license site in Yugra. The company offered for the license 2 billion rubles. The price increment was over 180 million rubles. They also participated in the tender Rosneft, and La Manche. The starting price was 1.848 billion rubles.
