TMK expects that in 2014 the demand for pipes will maintain.

TMK expects that in 2014 the demand for pipe products in the Russian market will remain at the 2013 level with the possible tendency to a slight increase in the second half because the Russian oil and gas industry continues to actively implement plans for the development of hydrocarbons production .

In 2014 demand for OCTG in the U.S. market will remain at or be slightly above the 2013 level due to the active development of oil and gas fields in the west of Texas and in the central part of the country. In addition , the company expects high demand for line pipes due to the ongoing construction of pipeline infrastructure within the U.S., which creates opportunities for further production growth at TMK‘s American division enterprises.
