Transneft will be allowed to broaden ESPO at the expense of tariffs growth within inflation limits

The Vice Premier A. Dvorkovich has ordered to the Federal Tariffs Service, and the Ministries of Economy Development and the Ministry of Energy jointly with Transneft to arrange and bring to the Government before February 18th the project of the order about the setting of the approaches to regulation of the tariffs for oil transporting service via ESPO until 2020.

The document should concern broadening of the system to 80 million tons by 2020 with the maintenance of tariffs in 2014 at the level of 2013, their growth by 90% in 2015-2017 within the awaited inflation limits for the former years, and 90-100% of inflation in 2018-2020.
