London Court to transfer case of Rosneft against sanctions to Luxemburg

London High Court confirmed on Thursday that it would send the case of Rosneft against sanctions to Luxembourg, but planned to make a corresponding decision next week, a representative of the Russian company reported at the end of the hearing.

"The English Court confirmed today that it would transfer the case for consideration, but hoped that it would make an appropriate decision in the next week," - said a representative of the law firm Joseph Hage Aaronson Joe Hage. This company represents the interests of Rosneft in the London Court.

According to the RIA Novosti, Rosneft disputes in the English Court implementation of EU sanctions by the UK.
