Russian Ministry of Economic Development to make new forecast with oil price of $50 per barrel

The revised macroeconomic forecast for 2015 will be calculated on the basis of $50 per barrel, the Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said to reporters on Thursday. At that oil price, the economy can fall by 6.5%, experts of the Higher School of Economics earlier calculated.
According to the forecast of the Development Center of the Higher School of Economics, presented at the end of December 2014, at the oil price of $50 per barrel in 2015, the Russia's economy will fall by 6.5%. At the same time, the investment will be reduced by 21.8%, retail trade turnover - by 9.6%. The net capital outflow will make up $135 billion.
