On February 2, 2015, the Board of Directors of Surgutneftegaz will consider candidates for the company’s Board of Directors.
List of nominees for voting will be considered at the next meeting of the Board on February 2, 2015.
In addition, the Board’s members will discuss the list for election to the company’s Audit Commission.
