Ukrneft still refuses to sell January oil

On March 31st at 3 p.m. Ukrneft PJSC will hold an auction on oil sale #197D at the site of the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.
The company will offer 190,718.11 tons of crude oil at the start-up price of 10,817.76 grivna/ton. The total value of the resource is assessed at 1,747,719.57 grivna.
Ukrneft offers for sale the April resource but still refuses to sell the oil of January resource. According to A. Pasishnik, by unfamiliar reasons the oil of January resource at the volume of 139.5 thousand tons stored at the reservoirs of Ukrtatnafta has not been offered for the auction by Ukrneft.
