Ural-Invest to pay 46.5 billion rubles to AFK Sistema for loss of Bashneft

The Moscow Commercial Court has approved a settlement agreement between the companies Ural-Invest and AFK Sistema. The amount of compensation for the loss of Bashneft in favor of Vladimir Yevtushenkov was reduced from 70.7 to 46.5 billion rubles, said lawyer of Ural-Invest Ilnur Salimyanov.
