Bashkiria to study the request of “Tatneftegaz” to lease 25% of shares for 10 years

The local authority examines the proposal of the oil company “Tatneftegaz” to lease 25% of the shares of “Bashneft”, owned by the region. A spokesman for the regional administration stated to RIA Novosti.

On Monday, Vedomosti wrote that the executive director of “Tatneftegaz” S.Bahir sent a letter to the President of Russia V.Putin with a request to provide the state-owned stake of “Bashneft” at 75.08%+1share (Rosimushestvo owns 50.08% of “Bashneft”, Bashkiria 25%+1 share) for temporary use for 10 years.
