Chernomotransneft has put into operation an oil pipeline-offset to Ilyinsk oil refinery

Chernomotransneft JSC has put into operation the oil pipeline –offset to the Ilyinsk oil refinery in the Krasnodar region.

On March 28th 2016 the oil supply by the route oil pipeline Krymsk-Krasnodar to the Ilyinsk oil refinery started by means of putting into operation of a new branch of the oil pipeline-offset and the delivery-acceptation point. Previously oil was shipped to the oil refinery plant only in cisterns and by railway.

The launch of new capacities allows to turn a part of volumes shipped by railway to the supply by pipeline.

Simultaneously with the launch of the oil pipeline –offset to the oil refinery, a complex testing of equipment of the delivery and acceptance point and a system of measurement of quantity and quality of oil are being held.

The construction and assembly works by the project started in May 2015. The linear part of the oil pipeline-offset from the Krymsk-Krasnodar pipeline with the length of 4.3 km was constructed.
