Governmental control over purchases of oil industry not to be introduced
The largest oil and gas companies have managed the Government gave up total control over their procurement activities. By results of the yesterday's meeting on the import substitution at Vladimir Putin's office, the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said that the Government agreed changes to the amendments to the Federal Law-223 on procurement of companies (they were adopted by the State Duma in the first reading on April 21). As the Kommersant reported on April 29, they demanded coordination of procurement in the framework of any investment projects, implemented with the support of the state, as well as in the entire oil and gas industry with Government. "It was agreed that these will be investment projects to the amount of over 10 billion rubles, as a priority engineering products were selected, possible number of other products - by the decision of the Government," - said the Deputy Prime Minister. Companies of the engineering sector declined to comment, sources in the industry still don’t fully understand the mechanism.
