NLMK launches new steel smelting plant in the amount of 38 billion rubles in Kaluga

NLMK-Kaluga, the plant that produces steel and building purpose bar sections, has smelted the first ton of steel during the hot test of electric furnace and rolling-mill shops, the NLMK’s press release reports. In June, the enterprise plans to organize industrial production of reinforcing and shape steel-rolled stock, and to start to sale finished products.
