FAS obliges Gazprom not to restrict competition at large diameter pipe market

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has obliged Gazprom to give access to minor companies to its tenders for large diameter pipe supplies. Under the document, when forming the lots, the gas monopoly should concern the abilities for the minor pipe companies as well. Gazprom should divide the lots to minor offers and not to include to one order large diameter pipe sorts made by the separate enterprises only. The director of the department for control over industry and defense sector of FAS M. Ovchinnikov says that for example Gazprom used to claim to supply pipes within one month after the tender.
