In January-April, oil production in Udmurtia grew by 4%

In January-April 2016, the oil production in Udmurtia increased by 4% compared to the same period of 2015, which amounted to 3.7 million tons. This was reported by to the republican Ministry of Industry.
In 2015, the investments of oil producers in the region amounted to 12.5 billion rubles. In 2016, they intend to increase their by no less than 1 billion rubles, a part of the money will be spent to reduce the environmental harm.
