MMK’s shareholders may receive dividends to the amount of 13.1 bln in 2016

On May 27, the annual general meeting of MMK’s shareholders approved the annual report and financial statements of the company for 2015, and decided to pay dividends for 2015 on ordinary registered shares in the amount of 0.31 rubles (including tax) per share. Previously, dividends by results of the MMK’s operation for the first half 2015 fiscal year in the amount of 0.58 rubles per share were paid to the shareholders. This was reported by MMK.
