New 3 thousand km long gas pipelines to be constructed in Moscow region until 2025

​3 thousand km of new gas pipelines will be constructed in the Moscow region.

The priority is providing an opportunity to engage all investors, all industrial enterprises that come to the Moscow region, the Vice-PM of the Moscow region, D. Pestov, said.

The Moscow region shows a record gasification rate.

Within a year this rate rose by 5% and reached 96%.

From 2013, 184 new gas pipelines have been put into operation in the Moscow region.

About 2 thousand villages remain not gasified, however, their population is not more than 20 people.

In 2015 about 82 villages were gasified in the Moscow region, the plan for 2016 – 80 inhabited places.

From the beginning of 2016, 8 new gas pipelines have been put into operation in the Moscow region.

The total length of new objects exceeds 18 km.
