Russian gas is transported through the Ukraine in the contracted volumes; the transit in the past day made up about 216.5 million cubic meters, the official representative of Gazprom, Sergei Kupriyanov reported to the ITAR-TASS.
At the end of the previous week, the transit was 253 million cubic meters.
Thus, the daily volume of the transit decreased by 14.4%.
