Oil refinery to be built on Sakhalin

Sakhalin authorities, together with Rosneft, plan to build an oil refinery in the north of the island. This was announced by the Department of Information Policy of the region.

"This information was voiced after the meeting of Acting Governor of the Sakhalin region Oleg Kozhemyako with vice president of Rosneft and adviser to the president of Rosneft for the coordination of projects in the Far East Viktor Ishayev," – the message informs.
